Can I correct an email address after successfully transmitting my return

This was apparently answered in 2019, but the link does not take me to the answer.  I filed a tax return that has been accepted by Federal and state, but I have not received confirming E-mails (or any E-mails).  I'm concerned I used an old or erroneous address.  I can't find the address that was used for the specific return.  Any guidance is appreciated.
