I filed early and received my 2019 tax refund before the coronavirus hit the U.S. so I closed my checking account after recieving my money. I am now unable to reopen the same checking account for my coronavirus aid. Should I fill out the non filing form to give the IRS my new checking information or wait it out for them to mail me a check instead after my old bank rejects the deposit?
