Hello, 

You have to click the 'Income' tab and click 'T-Slips', scroll down to the bottom of the Slips screen and check off the 'Relevé 19 - Advance Payments' box for the appropriate tax payer (if applicable).

Click Continue and pass all screens until you get to the 'Relevé 19 - Advance Payments'.
