How do I start my return with my pre-payment code? I purchased Turbo Tax Feb 12 and received a prepayment number but cannot find a way in to use my number.
Every link or Turbo Tax option forces me to go through a registration to purchase process but no option to o in with my prepayment code.
Are you using TurboTax Online? You'll complete your return and then in the File section, before you print/file your return, you'll be asked to pay. In this payment window, there's a field where you can enter your prepayment code and pay.
