Can I retroactively enter date of death? I have all the other info entered. I can’t seem to find how to enter the date of death. Can you help please? Thanks!
Hi, you should be able to do so on the personal info screen. Click on the "My Info" link in the left-side vertical nav. And then click on "Customer's personal information". See screenshot below. Hope this helps.
