I paid for 2018 software, I can't download it due to the fact that I don't have a Mac a desktop. I paid for It on my ipad. What do I need to do in order to download the software to Microsoft?

Please contact TurboTax Customer Support and let them know that you need to switch your download version from Mac to Windows.
