I'm trying to work out if my employer has calculated my T4 correctly. They are out of the US. We've had some issues, but I want to check before I call them out again.
My Last 2020 slip has YTD:
Salary $50,000
RRSP % $2,000 (Employer contribution to RRSP)
Total $52,000
Less Taxable Earnings $2,000
TOTAL GROSS $50,000
But My T4 Box 14 is $54,000. Is it Correct?
It seems like they have added the employer contributions into the total earnings twice.
I wondered if this might be something to do with my own contributions. But that doesn't make sense because my contributions are higher because they only match 75% of my contribution.

Getting started
Consider if you were paid any bonuses/vacation throughout the year as they will be included in Box 14 on your T4. Besides that, based on the information provided your Box 14 should be reporting $52,000.
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
