Are consulting services in science and technology considered as “professional” or “other” self-employment if I am a Chemist with a Ph.D. having a consulting company?

I established a consulting company – Quasar ScienceTech (Sole Proprietorship) in 2015 and provided consulting in science and technology.

That would be other. Professionals are doctors, lawyers, accountants etc.
