I’m having the same issue and I did not enter any info and all those boxes are empty for my T-4. I don’t have T-4A??

says I have rental income which I don’t. I said no and did not check any boxes. Insisting I upgrade?? This is ridiculous I’m not upgrading to something I don’t need. 

Does it tell you that you need to upgrade on the next page- with a picture of a lock? Or is it asking if you'd like to upgrade to Assist & Review?

I got tired of the push to upgrade.   So I tried the Wealthsimple online tax return and I like it better.  Also cost is free for the basic return.
