If you are using a TurboTax Online product, please follow the steps below to remove the T4 option:

• Sign in to your return
• Go to the Find icon (magnifying glass) at the top right corner to enter T-Slips
• Select T-Slips then click on GO.
• On the page that appears, you will see "Checkboxes for the slips you want to enter" 
• Here you have the option to select or remove the T-Slips as per your need. Simply uncheck the T4-Employment Income Box under your name
• Before unchecking any of the T-Slips options, make sure to go to the section and field where you've entered the info and delete it there.
