As per the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA), you can deduct fees you incur for preparing and filing your income tax and GST/HST returns.

If you are referring to the fee you incurred for your 2022 tax return, you may not deduct it until you prepare your 2023 tax return. However, you may deduct the fee you incurred to file your taxes in 2022.
