How do I enter Box 14 on T4A

My T4A has a Box 14, the value for which starts with a T and then 6 digits(?). Where do I enter it? Do I have to?

You don't have to. The number is information only, not to be included in your tax return.

It tells me I have to remit a T4A form. Do you mean I don't have to file it separately?
