Did "simple tax return" change between 2021 and 2022?

I have T4RSP slip in 2021 and T4RIF in 2022. I was able to file a 2021 return for free; but not possible in 2022.

You should be able to continue without upgrading- It asks if you'd like to upgrade- which you can decline.
