Turbo tax keps trying to force a upgrade claiming i put things in the medical claims section. when i have not and i made sure 15 times now and it wont listem

i used the medical section to add my stuff but they suddenly started CHARGING FOR IT aince last year and i went back and removed it all. saved and it still is trying to force me to upgrade. i have removed alll the info from the medical section and it is still trying to force me ot upgrade saying there is stuff in the medical section. NO THERE ISNT
