A T3 slip that is NOT mine was downloaded by the TurboTax desktop app. Not sure if this is TurboTax error or CRA itself. How do I report this issue?

I verified with my Investment Advisor that I have never owned the fund for which this T3 was issued. I suspect CRA or TurboTax has data for this fund with my SIN # instead of the actual owner's.
