Getting started
The Calculation of Provincial Tax Payable will be based on your entries into the tax software. If you are familiar with any specific provincial tax credits you may need to provide that information separately. There are no tax credits for a 19 year old other then the basic personal amount of $11,474.00 as well as the Canada Employment amount of $1161 (available to all working taxpayers). Working multiple jobs can often lead to a balance owing or reduced refund as the prescribed credits can be duplicated by each employer's payroll department but these amounts are granted only once per year.
