No, there is no joint version. TurboTax offers software for Canadian and American Tax Returns, however, they are separate software on separate sites.

The TurboTax Canada site is (.ca) and the TurboTax US site is (.com). When filing your taxes, ensure you are on the right site to avoid confusion. You will need to file both returns separately.
