My desktop computer is not working I need to install Business inc on new computer. Do I need another license?

I want to be able to open up previous years returns on my new computer  Now what

You can download your software on another computer. You will need your license code to do so.  Perhaps you purchased your software in a store and if yes, we have no access to those codes.

Getting started

Even with the installation key, I still cannot install on a new computer. In order for Intuit to generate an activation key they need to give a code to the user.  The telephone number given [phone number removed] is not in service, so I have nowhere to go to get this code...therefore stuck....any ideas anyone?

@Rocky1125  Have you purchased the product directly from Intuit or it is Retail purchase?
