Where did you purchase the product from? Is it a retail purchase or a direct purchase from Intuit? 

I think I bought it at Costco or some other similar store.

Found my licence code.  Problem resolved.

I have this situation but can't put my hands on CD and license. I have the box however. Always registered my softwares online. Any fix to get my license code back ?

@Leothecat  Since your TurboTax 2022 and 2023 software was purchased in a store, we have no way of retrieving your license code.

Your software registration is for marketing purposes only, and we don't have access to this information.
