Hello Antiqua. Nothing happened. I reinstalled turbo download. No change at all. Any way I can talk to some one about this problem? Pl advise me. Nothing has changed

Hello Aniqua.  I tried reinstalling again today but it wont go through saying my license code is already taken and I have to use a different account.  I reinstalled okay two days ago but wont go through now. I am trying to see if a new update can go through
