Did someone find how to add the TP-21.4.39 form for this year?

I see the provincial changes and this form is now needed for crypto trades.

This is requirment from Revnue Quebec , TurboTax supports this for, if your prov of residence is Quebec, a question regarding crypto asset is a mendatory question
