Depends on which province your spouse lives in, these expenses may be claimable under medical expense.
- Chiropractor is claimable in all provinces except for Northwest Territories and Nunavut
- Registered massage therapy is claimable only in BC, NB, NL, ON, and PE
- Allergist expense could be categorized as "Medical services by medical practitioners (doctor, specialist)", which is claimable in all provinces.
You can find whether each kind of expense are claimable on the following CRA pages:
- Authorized medical practitioners for the purposes of the medical expense tax credit
- Lines 33088 and 33199 - Eligible medical expenses you can claim on your tax return
