We do not have access to either filed or unfiled returns for privacy and security reasons. Did you use the Online or Desktop version? 

Depending on the software version you used and whether you saved the returns, you should be able to access all of your tax returns.

If you used the online version, ensure that you logged in with the correct year and credentials used to prepare the return.
