I purchased standard version from costco, but it requires win 11, I only have PC with win 10 at home.
I am wondering if the software doesn't work on win 10, can I use the same key for online version?

TurboTax Canada Desktop version can be installed on Windows 10, but we recommend using Windows 11.
You cannot use the same license code to switch to the DIY/online version.
If the product does not work or activates within 60 days of purchase, you may request a refund and purchase the DIY/Online version if necessary.
