Does anyone know why the sign-in partner window, when selecting auto fill, isn’t large enough to view all available sign-in partners?
I am filing on an iPad if that makes any sort of a difference.

- Use a Different Browser (Desktop Site): Switch from TurboTax to Safari or Chrome. In your browser's settings, select "Request Desktop Website." This frequently causes the entire webpage layout to load, which should include the scrollbar for all bank options.
- Use the "CRA User ID" Workaround: If your bank is not visible, select the "CRA user ID and password" option rather than "Sign-in Partner." It is often faster and bypasses the list-selection screen entirely.
- Clear Cache and Cookies: If using a browser, clear your Safari/Chrome cache and cookies, then try again.
- Restart the App/Device: Close the TurboTax app completely and restart your iPad to refresh the UI elements.
If you still cannot see your partner, you may need to use a laptop or desktop computer to complete the Auto-Fill, as they generally have better support for these popup windows.
