My net file account is unlocked but I still cannot file I get a "code 15" do I need to wait and try again later?

CRA Code 15 is very specific: it means that your NETFILE access is restricted. Have you tried Netfile it five times?
Unlike a website password lock, a NETFILE Code 15 lock does not automatically reset after 24 hours. It will stay locked until CRA resets it.
You must call the CRA General Enquiries line at 1-800-959-8281.
If you haven't used Netfiling in 5 years, make sure your personal information is correct and matches your previous year's NOA. Also, check the NAC (Netfile access code); it is optional and can be removed prior to filing. Give it a try and see how it goes.
