Do you have any non-capital losses from other years? Did you use CRA auto-fill?
Line 25200 (Non-capital losses of other years) is for carrying forward losses from previous tax years to reduce your current taxable income. If it auto-populates with a large amount that you did not enter, I suggest reviewing your return, as the software detected past losses (often from earlier-year tax returns).
To confirm this information, check the very last page of your most recent Notice of Assessment and look for a section titled "Non-capital loss carryforward balances."
