Did you install the Windows 10 ESU?
I use TT Standard and Netfiled on Monday Feb 23rd, no problems. I downloaded my N of A already ready that same day. Refund deposited in my bank on March 5th.
Don't give up, just make sure everything is up to date before using TT.

I cam here for help as well a few weeks ago so I'm no expert on anything but the ESU did resolve my TT issue with W10. I won't update to W11, I'll be buying a new laptop BEFORE 2026 tax time LOL

@ddesjard The tax year 2025 desktop version is compatible with Windows 10, but we recommend Windows 11.

I was told it should work with W10 but I get an error on a dll. The tech support was useless and they said to use the online version. Don't want that. So i asked for refund abd got Ufile

@WayneHa You may need to check your settings for updates and security for it to work.
Thank you for choosing TurboTax.

Getting started
I have windows 10 Pro and purchased as I have for 20+ years Turbotax 2025 Desktop Standard. it installs fine but does not launch.
What needs to be changed to make this work? What drivers need upgraded rights to run.
I did find something about VC++ and already ensured it has full rights. What else is needed??
Based on above it should run. This is not a machine resource issue, it has lots of horse power etc.

Getting started
I downloaded and installed turbotax 2025 Desktop Standard on my Windows 10 Pro desktop. It installed fine. However when it launches (even as administrator), it checks for updates and then never opens.
What drivers, etc need to be tweaked or rights upgraded to make this launch properly.
I found one about VC++ and ensured it was up to date and not corrupted.
What else needs to be done?
