Go to "View detailed tax summary" from the top menu. Look at the line for 11500; you can often double-click the amount to see which forms are feeding into it. 

• Line 11500 inputs usually come from the following, which you should verify in your software's data entry screen:
  • T4A Slip: Box 016 (EBP benefits or RPP lifetime benefits).
  • T3 Slip: Box 31 (RPP lifetime retirement benefits).
  • Foreign Pension: Gross amount in Canadian dollars.
  • U.S. Social Security: Gross amount in Canadian dollars.
• Review "Other Pensions" Worksheets: In the software's input screen, look for a summary table or detail window for "Pension income" that lists every slip added.
