Hi, there was a new update today when I opened the program. I clicked on 'Details' and it shows the following:

Update Contents:

  • Latest updates and improvement.
  • Bug Fixes.

However, it shows no specific details of what those updates, improvements and bug fixes are. Where do I see these please?

We, like you, can only see the updated content and not the details. Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to add specifics because they would have to be added before the updates were sent out. This is beyond our control; however, we will forward your feedback to the appropriate team.

Hi, if we had previously filed a return or are still working on a particular return, how would we know what specific changes were made to the program or bugs previously existed which are now fixed? Like other software products, there must be an available list of what program changes/updates were made so the user knows what has been fixed or updated. What would be the website link where we find this info? Can you please check with your tech support. Thank you.

As we discussed, our system view is limited to the updated content rather than the specific backend details. You can view all available information from the latest update in the screenshot I previously shared. While we don't have a direct link for a summary of every minor update, we do maintain a dedicated page for major form status.

This link is updated throughout the tax season and provides the current status of any locked or pending forms. Why does TurboTax say my forms are locked or haven't been finalized?
