To access Line 31600 (Disability amount for self) in TurboTax Canada, you don't typically type directly on the line. Instead, you trigger it through the "Disability" interview section.

Using the "Find" Tool: Click the Find icon (magnifying glass) in the top right menu. Type "Disability" and select Disability amount from the list, then click Go.

OR 

Navigate to the Deductions & Credits tab, select Special Situations, and look for the question: "Do you have a disability (an impairment in mental or physical functions)?" Selecting Yes here will open the necessary forms.
