I accidentally clicked to upgrade my status from free to deluxe. I do not have a payment method entered, so there is no 'order number' How do I downgrade back?

 

Getting started

Unfortunately, there is no way to downgrade; you can try clicking on the back button on the software to see if it will bring you back to the page where you upgraded, and you can decline unless you went too far. If so, you will need to start a new return.
