Investors and rental owners
There is no credit for condo fees. Quebec has a Tax Credit for Home-Support Services for Seniors which allows seniors to claim certain condo fees, but that is only for people 70 years old or older.
You can’t deduct your condo fees on your tax return unless you use your condo to earn income (ex: renting it out).

Condo fees would be classified as Management and administrative fees in the Rental Expenses section.
If you are using a TurboTax Online product, please follow the steps below to enter the Tax credit for condo fees
- Sign in to your TurboTax Online account.
- Click on the find icon at the top-right corner of the page.
- Please type and select the option titled Rental Summary and click " Go".
- Click on Enter New rental income for (Client`s name) or you can click on edit on the current rental summary.
- After that skip Real Estate Rentals Statement and on next page (Rental profile) select rental expenses and click continue at the bottom
- Then on the Next page (T776 Rental Expenses) you will see management and administrative fees at the bottom of the section. you will mention that condo fees here.
