Do I Enter the total amount of rent paid for the year when applying for OEPTC?

Ex: 12,000.93 amount paid in 2022 or should I enter the amount paid for one month?

Yes, you have to include the total amount of rent paid for the whole year while applying for the Ontario Energy and Property Tax Credit (OEPTC).
