Home accessibility expenses. Does AC apply

AC was installed to maintain manageable heat level in the residence to prevent moving. Can the worksheet for line 31285 be completed in turbo tax

Investors and rental owners

As per the CRA, an item that you buy that will not become a permanent part of your dwelling is generally not eligible.
