I get an error re the 'designated repayment' amount for my HBP even though it shows I want to pay it in the original set up. How do I remove this error?
The error message says I have 0.00 that can be used as designated repayment even though there is an amount entered.
Make sure you have entered your RRSP contributions to your own RRSP for the current tax year by going to RRSPs > RRSPs > Eligible RRSP Contributions. You should then be able to designate an amount of those contributions as your HBP repayment.
