I purchased audit defence. I have received letter from CRA and when I call the audit defence phone number that was provided on the document, it goes to services in US who don't even have an idea what CRA is and are unable to help. They don't have a number for the work unit who helps with Canadian tax, they transferred em to a phone number which went to voice mail!
Second attempt, they asked me to be contacted by their 'member services' 

What sham of an organisation is this?
