MY DAUGHTER IS ATTENDING A UNIVERSITY IN ANOTHER PROVINCE BUT DOESN'T LIVE THERE PERMANENTLY. DOES SHE SAY SHE MOVED TO A NEW PROVINCE BY DEC 31ST?
