I left Canada 3 years ago and had a small pension with my previous employer. I want to take it as a Cash Lump sum but I'm unsure of how it will be taxed.

Contact the CRA at 1 (800) 959-8281 and they will advise you on how the pension if given as a lump-sum will be taxed.
