To know your program type, this information is indicate on your GRP certificate. It shows whether your credential is a 1‑year certificate/diploma, 2‑ or 3‑year certificate/diploma, 3‑year degree, or 4‑year degree. The numbers 1‑4 correspond to these classifications under the Saskatchewan Graduate Retention Program.
For your eligible tuition fees, use the tuition amounts listed on your T2202A/T2202 tax slip(s) issued by your school. These are the eligible tuition fees reported to CRA for the year and are what you enter for the GRP.
For the Graduate Retention Program, the total tuition comes from your T2202A/T2202, and the program type number indicates the category of your credential (certificate vs. degree).

You would enter the program type—1-4 means how many years is your diploma or degree that is listed on your GRP. You would then enter all tuition fees paid for the eligible program certified on the Graduate Retention Program Eligibility Certificate.
