My wife is colombian, she is outside from Canada (her P.R. application was aproved). I have some bills of sending money to her. Can I include her as my dependet?

The bills for sending money totaling are maybe 1000 CAD.

No matter what you might  have heard, CRA says that your wife is your spouse, never a dependant.
Also, family remittances overseas are not deductible and cannot be claimed for a tax credit.

You imply your wife is living with you in Canada, and if that is the case you can claim spousal amount of credit for her. Like everyone who reports their marital status as Married or Common Law, you must identify your wife to CRA and provide her Net Income.

If she dies not have a SIN yet, report her number as 000-000-000.
