I'm need to enter information for my husbands CPP and OAS payment. The T4A form does not have boxes that correspond with the tax slips. Am I in the right page?

You are not.
You must use a T4A(P) entry page for CPP.
You must use a T4A(OAS) page for OAS and GIS.

Do not report any of the above Inconme on any slips other than those above.
