Do I have to report payroll contributions to EPSP? We have a statement showing payroll contributions and number of shares acquired. Did not receive a T4PS.

Is there an amount reported in Box 40 on your T4 which could include the EPSP contributions. Otherwise you should have a T4PS slip.
