There is a certain way that a final tax return must be filled out for deceased person and the instructions are below:

As for the QC Drug plan months, that would be found under the Provincial tab - Quebec Prescription Drug Plan. You would start from there, follow the prompts to enter in the numbers of months the plan was no longer effective.
