On the first Personal Tax Profile screen, answer Yes to the question "did you have self-employment, rental, investment (bank interest, dividends, stock or bond sales), or other income?"
Select the I received disability income or death benefits checkbox.
You'll enter your T-slip information in the Income section of the interview.
TurboTax transfers this amount to line 125 of your T1 General.
