If you used TurboTax Online, please make sure that you are using the correct TurboTax Online Software for the previous year's tax return, or TurboTax Online Software 2023 for last year's tax return. Please notice that every year a different version is to be used due to changes in deductions, credits, etc from the Canada Revenue Agency.

Also, make sure that you use the same user ID and password that you used to file the return.

To Find a copy of your tax return, please follow these steps:

1. Sign in to TurboTax Online.
2. Scroll to Access your filed tax returns and select Open.
3. You can access the PDF copies of previously filed returns here.

If you used TurboTax CD/Download, your tax files are only stored on your computer. We don’t keep any copies. Check your “Documents” folder for a “TurboTax” folder, as that is where the software stores its files by default.
