Turbotax won't allow me to print 2019 return after Fed and State e-file
I e-filed Fed and State returns, then tried to print a copy for my records. It does not work. The system will ONLY allow saving to pdf. When I click on my printer selection, it reverts to save to PDF. So, I saved to pdf, then tried to print that out, but that isn't allowed either. How can I get a hard copy of my returns? I tried using the "print center" icon at the top as well, but with the same result. Cannot print. What's the solution?

Printing
The PDF may have downloaded to your Downloads folder instead of opening up. If you use the Control+J shortcut (Command+J on Mac), in your browser, it will open up your downloads list and you can find your PDF there.
You can also right-click on the button/link for the PDF and choose “Save Link As” to pick where the PDF goes. That way you can save it to your Desktop and open it from there.

I am also listing the printing instructions for you below:
- Sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page
- Scroll down and click on Add a state.
- This will take you back to the 2019 online tax return.
- Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.
- Then click on Print Center.
- Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return. Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets
Or you can follow the TurboTax FAQ instructions, to print:
