You will put yourself as married. Because your spouse is not in Canada and has never been here, you can select 000 000 000 for their SIN# and apply zero for their income, make sure to say NO that you are not claiming the  "spousal amount". Please ensure you indicate that the children do not reside with you and ensure you are not claiming any "dependant" credits for your children.
