You will need to go back to the right side of your return and click on "My Info" then on Canadian Citizenship. Once there you will scroll through the page and you will see the question "Are you filing an income tax return with the CRA for the first time?" If this is not your first time filing then make sure you click on "NO" then continue. If you have already completed  your income tax return and are ready to file- you can go back to the left hand side of your return scroll to the File section and try to file your return once again.
