No confirmation email received after filing

I filed our returns using NetFile and received a NetFile Confirmation Number within Turbo tax but I didn't receive the followup  email indicating that CRA has accepted our returns.   I'm concerned now because I filed both returns on April 30, 2025 at 12:30pm in afternoon but as of today May 2/2025 at 1:30pm - no email received for myself or my husband.

 

My daughter filed her return using Netfile on April 29th 2025 at 11pm and received both a Netfile confirmation number and an email - immediately after filing.

 

Please advise why we didn't get the email and when can we expect it and if we don't recieve this email - what does that mean?

 
 

After you file

Yes sometimes it happens when you NETFILE your taxes return, you can check your CRA account whether the given email is correct or its the same email that you gave.
